Fulfillment Timeline: Orders are typically processed, packed, and shipped within 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Standard Shipping: We utilize trusted domestic carriers to deliver across the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from the shipment date, depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping: Accelerated shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Please note that choosing expedited shipping speeds up the carrier's transit time, not our internal processing window.

Shipping Address Accuracy: Please carefully double-check your shipping details during checkout. Soren Baby is not responsible for delivery delays, misrouting, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier directly. If your product arrives explicitly damaged due to transit, please take clear photos of the packaging and product immediately and contact us at hello@sorenbaby.coms within 48 hours of delivery.
